About Us
Movies and series are packed with details. We help you catch every one — plot twists, callbacks, and the little moments most people miss.
Our Mission
RecapFlicks exists because great stories deserve to be understood and remembered. Whether you missed an episode, want to revisit a classic, need a refresher before the next season, or simply love picking apart a film's details, our recaps are here for you.
Stay Connected
We announce new recaps on our Facebook page before they go live here, along with trending titles and lists of the details worth watching for. On our YouTube channel we turn the best recaps into video breakdowns and endings explained. Following either is the fastest way to keep up. To reach us directly, email works best.
What We Offer
- Comprehensive movie and TV series recaps
- Timeline-based storytelling with the key plot points
- Character breakdowns and thematic analysis
- Endings explained and deep dives

How We Make Recaps
RecapFlicks is run by one film and TV fan. Recaps are drafted with the help of AI writing tools, then checked and edited by me before they are published. Movie titles and metadata are pulled from IMDb to keep release dates, cast, and ratings accurate. The full process is in the Editorial Policy, and if you spot a mistake, the Corrections Policy explains how to report it.
Our Editorial Values
- Helpful first: recaps that actually explain the story.
- Original: never copied or spun from other websites.
- Accurate: metadata checked against IMDb so titles and credits stay correct.
- Honest: when we think a film is great (or not), we say so.
