Report a mistake

If a recap gets a plot point, character, name, or ending wrong, please email contact@recapflicks.com with:

  • the link to the recap (and the episode, for a series),
  • what is wrong, and
  • what is correct, with a source if you have one.

Mistakes in cast, release dates, runtimes, or ratings come from IMDb data. Those are best corrected on IMDb itself, and RecapFlicks picks up the change automatically.

How corrections are made

  • Every report is read, usually within 1-2 business days.
  • Confirmed errors in a recap are fixed in the recap itself.
  • The recap's "Last updated" date changes when it is corrected, so you can see it has been revised.
  • If a correction changes the meaning of the recap (for example, the ending was described wrongly), a note saying what changed is added to the recap.
