1Alex Aniston is the half-brother of Jennifer Aniston. He is 33 years old and has lived a nomadic lifestyle.
2It's not like Alex Aniston didn't try, because he did. With his father, John Aniston, who recently passed away at the age of 89, fully immersed in the Hollywood life and his half-sister, the uber-famous Jennifer Aniston, consistently in the news for one reason or another, Alex did give it a go early on. What he found out, though, was that Hollywood was not a lifestyle he wished to live.
3As a child, he played the Hollywood part, appearing at premieres and red-carpet events with his family. But as he grew, he began to tire of Hollywood, more importantly, tired of all the notoriety his half-sister was getting as she climbed the A-list ladder.
4As Alex's frustration with Hollywood grew, he ventured further and further into the background. The last time he was seen publicly with his half-sister was in 2014 when he attended the premiere of Jennifer Aniston's feature film, Along Came Polly, in which she starred with Ben Stiller, Debra Messing, Alec Baldwin, Hank Azaria, Kevin Hart, and the late Philip Seymour Hoffman.
